when I am feeling my worst, the absolute best thing I can do is to grab my camera and set out on the day. When Im on my side of the camera I forget about me and concentrate on whats in my viewfinder and on the other side of the camera. It makes me view the world (atleast mine) in a whole different light. You do look at things completely different.
